Furman is one of Appalachian State’s most frequent rivals and returns to Boone for the first time in three seasons. App State comes off a season-opening win against Jacksonville in the Holmes Center and makes their last home appearance for a month. The Mountaineers’ game-winning performance was marked with great improvement and greater opportunity.
