The 2015-16 Appalachian State Basketball season got off to an uncommon start. First, App State won its season opener for the first time since 2012. And, the Mountaineers got that win despite a tough offensive day for several key scorers. The real difference in the game was the overwhelming depth and variety of talent Appalachian threw at Jacksonville. Much of that talent was new or renewed.
