Holland is a two-way star
It's not very common that a 6-foot-3, 235 pound football player can do a standing front flip, and do it well. But, it is the case with Jacksonville Trinity Christian linebacker Jeff Holland who wasn’t going to compete at Florida’s Friday Night Lights camp, but couldn’t resist and donned the camp jersey to compete with the prospects on hand. Holland showed off his athleticism with the flip as well.

Camp Report Day 3: Pads Bring out the Best
The 49ers practiced in pads for the first time Saturday, but it looked like they had been doing so for weeks. The quarterbacks had good days while the defense looked sharp at the same time, oddly enough. Quarterback play aside, the day was highlighted by performances from Michael Crabtree, Frank Gore, Stevie Johnson and Tramaine Brock.
