Holland is a two-way star

It's not very common that a 6-foot-3, 235 pound football player can do a standing front flip, and do it well. But, it is the case with Jacksonville Trinity Christian linebacker Jeff Holland who wasn’t going to compete at Florida’s Friday Night Lights camp, but couldn’t resist and donned the camp jersey to compete with the prospects on hand. Holland showed off his athleticism with the flip as well.
